🚚 Shipping Coverage
We proudly ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally.
📦 Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
Custom or made-to-order cabinets may require additional lead time, which will be noted on the product page.
⏱️ Estimated Delivery Time
Standard Delivery: 7–14 business days after processing
Custom Orders: Delivery times will vary based on specifications and production schedules
Delivery times may vary based on your location and order size. We will send a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
🛠️ Freight Delivery Info
Kitchen cabinets are large, heavy items and will be shipped via LTL (less-than-truckload) freight. Here’s what to expect:
Deliveries are curbside only unless otherwise specified.
The freight carrier will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment.
You or an authorized individual must be present to inspect and sign for the delivery.
📋 Inspecting Your Delivery
Upon delivery:
Inspect all packages carefully before signing.
Note any visible damage or missing items on the delivery receipt.
Contact us within 48 hours if there are any issues.
Failure to report damages at the time of delivery may affect your eligibility for a refund or replacement.
💬 Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on qualifying cabinet orders over $X (if applicable).
Orders under the free shipping threshold or for accessories may have calculated shipping fees at checkout.
