🚚 Shipping Coverage

We proudly ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally.

📦 Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Custom or made-to-order cabinets may require additional lead time, which will be noted on the product page.

⏱️ Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 7–14 business days after processing

  • Custom Orders: Delivery times will vary based on specifications and production schedules

Delivery times may vary based on your location and order size. We will send a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

🛠️ Freight Delivery Info

Kitchen cabinets are large, heavy items and will be shipped via LTL (less-than-truckload) freight. Here’s what to expect:

  • Deliveries are curbside only unless otherwise specified.

  • The freight carrier will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment.

  • You or an authorized individual must be present to inspect and sign for the delivery.

📋 Inspecting Your Delivery

Upon delivery:

  • Inspect all packages carefully before signing.

  • Note any visible damage or missing items on the delivery receipt.

  • Contact us within 48 hours if there are any issues.

Failure to report damages at the time of delivery may affect your eligibility for a refund or replacement.

💬 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is free on qualifying cabinet orders over $X (if applicable).

  • Orders under the free shipping threshold or for accessories may have calculated shipping fees at checkout.
