Refund & Returns Policy

At Smart Cabinet Shop, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that purchasing kitchen cabinets is a big investment, and we’re here to make the return process as clear and fair as possible.


Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • All items must be unopened, unassembled, and in their original packaging.

  • Cabinets that have been installed, assembled, customized, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Assembled or installed cabinets

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Any item not in original packaging


Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team at contact@smartcabinetshop.com within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  2. You will receive return instructions, including the return shipping address and labeling details.

  3. Pack the items securely in the original packaging.

  4. Ship the return using a trackable shipping method at your expense, unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.


Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover inspection, repackaging, and warehouse handling.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damage or incorrect shipment.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send photos and a description to contact@smartcabinetshop.com, and we will work promptly to send replacements or process a refund at no additional cost to you.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After that period, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
